Koh Tao
Im in Koh Tao now. Its an island in southern Thailand. I met up with my friend from CU in Bangkok and we took the bus here. We are geting certified in scuba diving here. It is the cheapest place in the world to get certified. We had our first dive today that was only about 3 meters. We do two dives tomorrow and then two the next day and after a test we will be certified. After that I will be able to rent gear anywhere in the world and dive up to 18 meters. Its pretty nice here and scuba diving is pretty cool so far.

I stayed on Koh Tao for quite some time. Be sure to check out Zanzibar for great sandwiches and Porto Bello for the best Western food on the island.
